HC Truck Driver
We need a reliable HC Truck Driver to safely deliver and collect equipment across Perth while representing ZELVi with professional and friendly service on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport Equipment to and from customer sites.
- Load and unload machines using appropriate securing and safety procedures.
- Conduct pre-start inspections of truck, trailer, and transported Equipment.
- Conduct pre-start inspections of truck, trailer, and transported Equipment.
- Ensure all loads are correctly restrained in accordance with regulations.
- Communicate delivery and collection schedules with the operations team.
- Provide professional interaction with customers during deliveries and collections.
- Report any damage, faults, or safety concerns immediately.
- Assist with basic yard duties when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of truck and transport equipment.
Accounts Manager
We’re looking for someone organised and people-focused to manage and look after client accounts, maintain strong relationships, and ensure accounts are kept up to date and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and growing relationships with existing customers
- Identifying and securing new hire opportunities
- Preparing and following up quotes
- Visiting customer sites and building long-term relationships
- Working closely with operations to ensure equipment availability
- Helping maximise fleet utilisation
Internal Sales
This role is for someone friendly and confident who can handle customer enquiries, prepare hire bookings, and help create a smooth and positive experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Preparing quotes and hire contracts
- Assisting customers with equipment selection
- Booking hires and coordinating with the yard and operations team
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Supporting daily office and hire desk operations
Maintenance Technician
We’re after a hands-on technician who can service and maintain equipment, keep the fleet in great condition, and ensure everything is ready for hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Servicing and maintaining equipment
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues
- Conducting inspections and pre-delivery checks
- Keeping maintenance records up to date
- Ensuring equipment meets safety standards
- Supporting yard and operations team when needed
