The Kubota skid steers aircon can clog up with a lot of dust in the condensers behind the seat reducing a lot of the airflow, if your machine is blowing cold air but just not much of it this will be the problem.
Behind the seat of the Kubota SVL75 & SVL95 machines is 2 vertical condensers that need blowing out with a long airgun featuring a 90 degree bend at the end.
